At Liberal Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original display box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
